The station is in front of Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine. Exit the station and turn right.

Cross the JR train level crossing and carry on straight.

 Proceed until you reach Tsuji Clinic, which stands on the lefthand side of the road, and turn right.

Proceed straight until you reach a large intersection signposted “Shidan Kaido Ryudai-mae” (there is a hair salon on the left and Ryukoku University on the right), and turn left.
